Dr. Donald A. Marchand, Chairman
Dr. Marchand is Professor of Strategy and Information
Management at IMD International, one of Europe's leading business schools,
based in Lausanne, Switzerland. From 1997 to 2000 he was the director of
the research project, Navigating Business Success that discovered the
Information Orientation metric. Professor Marchand is the author/co-author
of eight books and over 140 articles, book chapters, cases, and reports.
He is also an acclaimed speaker at international management conferences
and seminars.
Dr. Marchand is an advisor to senior executives of
leading service and manufacturing companies in Europe, North America,
Middle East and the Asia Pacific and has provided consulting services to
more than 80 global enterprises.
From July 1987 to June 1994, Dr. Marchand was Dean and
Professor of Information Management at the School of Information Studies
at Syracuse University. Earlier in his career, he founded and directed the
Institute for Information Management, Technology and Policy in the College
of Business at the University of South Carolina where he also taught in
the Master's International Business Program.
Dr. Marchand received his PhD and MA at UCLA and his
BA at the University of California at Berkeley where he was elected to Phi
Beta Kappa.

Brigitte Reverdin
After graduating with an MBA from INSEAD in 1981, Ms.
Reverdin worked in private banking in Switzerland, holding two positions as Branch Manager of private banking operations.
In 1992 she established MARKETrends as an independent strategic consultancy firm working with the CEOs of private banks. The firm subsequently expanded into a family office providing advice to private clients, and is completely autonomous, dedicated to finding objective solutions for clients based on thorough knowledge of the Wealth Management sector and freedom from bias in selecting wealth management services. These include the identification of the most appropriate banks and asset managers, the supervision of portfolios, and the coordination of wealth management strategies through a network of professionals.

Reverdin serves on the board of several companies in Switzerland, and acts as the trusted advisor to families and entrepreneurs in Europe.
Dr. Robert S. Collins
Dr. Robert S. Collins is Professor of Manufacturing Management &
Strategy at IMD. Professor Collins has acted as a consultant to
international companies in the areas of manufacturing practice and
performance benchmarking, manufacturing transformation, supply/demand
chain management as well as organizational development and management
education. He regularly addresses international conferences and seminars.
His sectorial experience is predominantly in automotive components,
chemicals & pharmaceuticals, consumer durables, fast-moving consumer
goods, manufacturing equipment & machinery as well as process
instrumentation and control.
Having studied chemical engineering at the Imperial College of Science
and Technology, University of London, Dr. Collins obtained his MBA and DBA
at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of European Quality, and served as
a member of the Board of the Decision Sciences Institute, the European
Operations Management Association and the Production and Operations
Management Society. He is a member of the Visiting Committee to the Lahore
University of Management Sciences, Pakistan.
Joyce Prokop Marchand, Secretary
Ms. Marchand is President of Marchand Management
Strategies, Inc. (MMSI), incorporated in the State of New York, USA.
Founded in 1981, MMSI provides project management and strategic planning
services to business, governmental agencies and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Marchand has over forty years of planning,
management and research experience. As a consultant, she has been involved
in the successful management and implementation of over 150 projects.
Prior to establishing MMSI, Ms. Marchand held several
high level governmental positions in the State of South Carolina, USA and
in the Congress of the United States in Washington, D.C. Ms. Marchand has
a degree in political science and international relations from Loyola
Marymount University in Los Angeles. She also completed graduate work in
urban planning and public administration at the American University,
Washington, D.C., and the University of South Carolina.
